At this project we completely gutted this cabin down to the studs and foundation. We removed all of the siding, roofing, drywall, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, insulation, exterior deck and everything else. While remodeling the existing structure we added a new front foyer and four season porch to the rear of the home. Prior to starting we applied and were accepted for 2 variances. One to allow us to build closer to the street and one for building closer to the Blue Lake. This renovation got alot of extras to include: ceramic tile, spray foam insulation, new roofing, custom maple cabinetry, solid interior doors and much much more. Please take a look at the pictures to see the transformation.
